Yes. RPL is done remotely. You don’t need to visit a campus in Melbourne or anywhere else. Evidence is submitted online, and the delivering RTO assesses your portfolio. Some trade licences may need a practical demonstration, which can usually be arranged at a workplace near you.
Yes. Qualifications are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework and are the same wherever you live. Licensing is different: it’s set by each state, and Melbourne falls under Victoria rules can add requirements beyond the qualification.
