RPL in Mandurah, WA

RPL in Mandurah. Recognition for Western Australia workers.

Mandurah workers often build experience across construction, maintenance, community services and resource-linked work long before formal recognition becomes a priority. RPL it Australia helps turn that experience into structured evidence with remote-first support that fits the way regional and outer-metro WA actually works. Experience can be evidence.

  • Done remotely. Evidence is submitted online, with no campus visits.

Licensing in Western Australia

Mandurah draws on Perth's wider economy while still operating as its own outer-metro market, especially for construction and community services. WA licensing settings still apply through LGIRS, WA Police and related schemes. You don't need to visit a campus. Evidence gathering is fully remote.

Licensing is set at state level. For the full picture, see RPL in Western Australia.

How RPL works

The process is the same wherever you live. RPL it Australia guides you through it. The delivering RTO assesses your evidence and issues the qualification.

  1. Free skills review

Tell us about your experience. An account manager lets you know honestly which qualifications suit you.

  2. Evidence portfolio

The RTO tells you exactly what evidence it needs, and we help you put it together.

  3. RTO assessment

The delivering RTO’s qualified assessor reviews your evidence. They may contact you to clarify, verify or ask for more.

  4. Your outcome

If you’re assessed as competent in every unit, the RTO issues your nationally recognised qualification. If there are gaps, gap training may be needed. Any extra fees are set out in writing before you agree.

Check the rules for your trade on our Western Australia trade licence page.

How long does RPL take?

It depends on a few things. What you influence: how quickly you gather and submit your evidence, and how quickly you respond to requests. What RPL it controls: preparing a complete, well-organised portfolio for the RTO and following up for you. What the RTO controls: its assessment workload, scheduling and issuing the qualification.

As an indication, most of our candidates who submit a complete evidence portfolio receive their outcome within 4–6 weeks of submission to the RTO. This is based on past experience, not a guarantee of your timeline.

Does RPL it issue licences?

No. RPL it Australia doesn’t assess or issue licences. The delivering RTO assesses your evidence and issues the qualification, and the Western Australia regulator decides any licence outcome.
