About This Qualification
The MSM50316 Diploma of Production Management provides the skills and knowledge required to plan, direct and coordinate production activities in a manufacturing environment. The qualification has been developed with the process manufacturing sector as a focus.

What Is Recognition of Prior Learning?
Recognition of Prior Learning is a formal assessment process that evaluates skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained through your career against the requirements of a nationally recognised qualification.
You gather relevant workplace evidence and a qualified assessor from the delivering Registered Training Organisation evaluates that evidence. If the assessor determines every competency requirement is met, the RTO issues the qualification.

Why should I register my interest?

Is RPL the same as completing a training course?
No. While the outcome is the same nationally recognised qualification, RPL is an assessment of the skills you already possess. It focuses on evidence of your past work rather than teaching you new material.
