About This Qualification

The MSM20116 Certificate II in Process Manufacturing provides the competencies required by competent production workers who undertake vital production support roles directly related to producing products. Production workers apply a breadth and depth of knowledge to a defined range of situations and would be expected to apply this knowledge to solve a defined range of problems by applying known solutions to a limited range of predictable problems. This qualification has been developed for use across the three process manufacturing sectors: chemical, hydrocarbons and refiningplastics, rubber and cablemakingmanufactured mineral products.
