About This Qualification

This qualification reflects the role of a person working at the trade level in a facility manufacturing recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campervans, caravans, slide-ons and fifth-wheelers. The person undertakes routine tasks according to job instructions, plans/specifications and procedures and with discretion and judgement in selecting equipment, services and contingency measures. They work with a high degree of self-direction and limited supervision. They apply known solutions to routine problems and report non-routine problems according to procedures. They are responsible for their output and have limited responsibility for the output of others. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Is RPL the same as completing a manufacturing course?
