Entry Requirements

Those undertaking the Certificate IV in Motorsport Technology must have completed AUR30920 Certificate III in Motor Sport Technology or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.

Is this qualification currently available through RPL It?
We are currently in the process of establishing RTO partnerships for the Certificate IV in Motor Sport Technology. While we are not yet conducting assessments for this qualification, registering your interest ensures you are the first to know when the pathway opens.
Why should I register my interest?
By registering, you receive priority notification once an RTO partner is secured. You will also have the opportunity for an early review of your experience to ensure you are well-positioned for the recognition process.
Is an RPL qualification the same as one from full-time study?
Yes. A qualification earned through recognition of prior learning is identical to one earned through traditional study. It is nationally recognised and meets the same Australian Quality Framework standards.
What are the entry requirements for this qualification?
To undertake this Certificate IV, you must have completed the Certificate III in Motor Sport Technology (AUR30920) or be able to demonstrate equivalent technical competency through your work history.
What if I don't have a Certificate III in Motor Sport?
If you lack the formal Certificate III, you may still be eligible if you can provide extensive evidence of equivalent competency in motor sport mechanics. We can guide you on how to demonstrate this through your portfolio.
