About This Qualification
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are beginning their careers in the greyhound industry and/or work in one specific area. These individuals undertake a broad range of tasks related to the care and welfare of greyhounds. They work under direction on most occasions but are also able to act autonomously in certain situations that require solutions to a limited range of problems or working as part of a team. Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements may apply to this qualification. Refer to your state or territory Controlling Body or Principal Racing Authority for current licence or registration requirements.
