About This Qualification
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a range of agribusiness leadership or consulting roles. The role reflects the need for agribusiness specific expertise in planning and analysis, managing supply chains, financial and human resource management together with an emphasis on return on investment.

What Is Recognition of Prior Learning?
Recognition of Prior Learning is a formal assessment process that evaluates skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained through your career against the requirements of a nationally recognised qualification.
You gather relevant workplace evidence and a qualified assessor from the delivering Registered Training Organisation evaluates that evidence. If the assessor determines every competency requirement is met, the RTO issues the qualification.

Is an RPL qualification the same as one from full-time study?
Yes. An Advanced Diploma achieved through Recognition of Prior Learning is identical to one earned through traditional study. Both are nationally recognised and held to the same assessment standards.
What level of experience is required for an Advanced Diploma?
This level focuses on strategic leadership and conceptual analysis. You should have significant experience in managing entire enterprises, designing high-level business plans, and being accountable for group outcomes.
Will I need to show evidence of financial management?
Yes, agribusiness at this level requires demonstrating your ability to manage financial resources, analyze capital investment, and evaluate the return on investment for agricultural operations.
