About This Qualification
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a range of technical production jobs in creative arts industry environments. It applies to work in lighting and sound, music industry, entertainment customer service, entertainment technical operations, entertainment administration, staging, wardrobe, scenery and set construction, broadcasting production, live production and entertainment technical operations work environments.They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
