About This Qualification
This qualification allows for the attainment of general competencies for those working in operational roles in a court environment, with a particular focus on meeting the ethical and legislative requirements of the court services. The compliance specialisation covers the skills required by those responsible for carrying out the directions of the court to ensure a secure and efficient environment in which the court can function. The services specialisation covers the skills required by those responsible for providing services to the court. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
